तदेष श्लोको यदा कर्मसु काम्येषु स्त्रियँ स्वप्नेषु पश्यन्ति समृद्धिं तत्र जानीयात्तस्मिन्स्वप्ननिदर्शने तस्मिन्स्वप्ननिदर्शने ॥ ९ ॥

English meaning
On this there is a verse: “When, in rites undertaken for a desired result, people see a woman in dreams, they should recognize success in that dream sign, in that dream sign.”

काम्य कर्म किसी विशेष फल की कामना से किए जाते हैं। यहाँ स्वप्न का मूल्य उसी अनुष्ठानिक विश्वास के भीतर है; स्त्रियों के बारे में सामान्य निर्णय या आधुनिक स्वप्न-विज्ञान नहीं दिया गया है।
Explanation
