How this website uses your information
You can read public articles and use free practices without creating an account. This notice describes the account and enquiry features on samyaksadhna.com.
Creating and using an account
We use your email to send a password-setup link and identify your account. You can choose a username later. Your account also stores the reflections, workshop bookings and practice preferences you save.
An account does not automatically enrol you as a student. Existing Panjika students can sign in using their current credentials. Linking an account to a student record requires studio approval.
Private reflections and student records
Saved reflections are attached to your account and are not published to other visitors. You can edit or delete them from the reading page or My account.
If you have student access, the portal also connects to your studio records, including attendance, class fees and health-journal entries. The studio manages student access and records. Account and student information is stored on our server and included in server backups.
Email delivery and signup checks
Brevo processes the email delivery needed to send your setup link. Cloudflare Turnstile checks signup requests for automated activity. These providers process information needed to provide those services under their own privacy notices.
Browser storage
Enquiry drafts are kept in browser session storage for this tab, so closing a form or using Back does not erase them. Use Clear this enquiry to remove the browser draft, especially on a shared device. This does not delete an enquiry already saved with the studio. A sign-in cookie keeps your session active. If you change the ending-bell option without signing in, this browser remembers your choice. Signed-in preferences are saved to your account.
Contacting us
When you choose Save & review enquiry, we store your name, mobile number, preferred batch, participation preference and question on our server so the studio can follow up. This does not create an account, student record or confirmed booking. We then prepare a WhatsApp message with the same details and an enquiry reference. Sending that message is optional. Your saved enquiry remains with the studio even if WhatsApp does not open or you do not send the message. This website cannot confirm WhatsApp delivery. WhatsApp processes messages you choose to send through its service.
For help with your account, questions about your information or an account-deletion request, email contact@samyaksadhna.org or contact the studio. A request about student records or backups may need separate handling by the studio.
