सा एषा गायत्री चतुष्पदा षड्विधा [अस्ति] । तत् एतत् ऋचा अभ्यनूक्तम् [अस्ति] ।

English meaning
This Gāyatrī has four quarters and six forms. This is also expressed in a ṛc verse.
व्याख्या
छह रूपों को वाणी, भूत, पृथ्वी, शरीर, हृदय और प्राण के रूप में गिना जा सकता है; यह पिछले वाक्यों पर आधारित व्याख्यात्मक गणना है। चार पादों का बोध अगले मन्त्र में एक और तीन पाद के विभाजन से खुलता है।
Explanation
The six forms can be counted as speech, beings, earth, body, heart and vital powers; this is an interpretive counting of the preceding sentences. The following verse unfolds four quarters by distinguishing one quarter from three.
