न ह वा अस्मा उदेति न निम्लोचति सकृद्दिवा हैवास्मै भवति य एतामेवं ब्रह्मोपनिषदं वेद ॥ ३ ॥

यः एताम् ब्रह्मोपनिषदम् एवम् वेद, अस्मै ह वा [आदित्यः] न उदेति, न निम्लोचति; अस्मै ह एव सकृद्दिवा भवति ।
हिन्दी अर्थ
जो ब्रह्म की इस रहस्यविद्या को इस प्रकार जानता है, उसके लिए वह न उदित होता है, न अस्त होता है; उसके लिए सदा दिन ही रहता है।
English meaning
For one who knows this secret teaching of Brahman in this way, it neither rises nor sets; for that person it is always day.
व्याख्या
सकृद्दिवा निरन्तर दिन का भाव देता है, केवल एक दिन की अवधि नहीं। यह अज्ञान या समयबद्ध देवकाल से परे प्रकाश की धार्मिक अभिव्यक्ति है; रात की भौतिक समाप्ति का आश्वासन नहीं।
Explanation
Sakṛddivā suggests uninterrupted day, not merely a duration of one day. The statement expresses a religious condition beyond changing divine time, rather than a promise that physical night will disappear.
