स एष परोवरीयानुद्गीथः स एषोऽनन्तः परोवरीयो हास्य भवति परोवरीयसो ह लोकाञ्जयति य एतदेवं विद्वान्परोवरीयाꣳसमुद्गीथमुपास्ते ॥ २ ॥

हिन्दी अर्थ
यही उत्तरोत्तर श्रेष्ठ उद्गीथ है; यही अनन्त है। जो इस प्रकार जानकर इस उत्तरोत्तर श्रेष्ठ उद्गीथ की उपासना करता है, उसका जीवन उत्तरोत्तर श्रेष्ठ होता है और वह उत्तरोत्तर श्रेष्ठ लोकों को प्राप्त करता है।
English meaning
This is the udgītha that is greater and higher still; it is boundless. One who understands this and contemplates the udgītha as ever greater gains an ever finer life and attains ever greater worlds.
व्याख्या
परोवरीयान् में पर और वरीयस् के माध्यम से पहले से भी आगे और श्रेष्ठ होने का भाव है। यह पिछले संवाद की सीमित आधारों से आगे बढ़ती खोज का सार है। “उसका जीवन” अगले अनुच्छेद में स्पष्ट जीवनम् के आधार पर यहाँ पूरित किया गया है। लोकों को जीतना उपासना के फल की धार्मिक भाषा है, भू-राजनीतिक विजय या निश्चित भौतिक समृद्धि का आदेश नहीं।
Explanation
Parovarīyān conveys being beyond and more excellent still, gathering up the dialogue’s movement past limited supports. “Life” is supplied here from the explicit jīvanam in the following passage. Winning or attaining worlds belongs to the religious account of contemplation’s fruits; it is not an instruction for territorial conquest or a guarantee of material prosperity.

Context
After ākāśa is named as the ultimate refuge, the udgītha is contemplated through that ground as boundless and surpassingly excellent.
