English meaning
It is formed of mind, has breath as its body and light as its form; its intention is true, and space is its self. It encompasses all actions, all desires, all scents and all tastes, embracing all this; it is without speech and without anxious attachment.
Explanation
“All desires” does not simply describe an unsatisfied, grasping individual; it belongs to the language of all-inclusiveness. Avākī suggests freedom from speech or the need to speak, while anādaraḥ can suggest freedom from concern or attachment. Abhyāttaḥ evokes embracing, pervading or having taken everything into oneself.
