English meaning
Prajāpati applied the heat of contemplation to the worlds. From those heated worlds the threefold Vedic learning flowed forth. He applied that heat to the learning, and from it emerged these utterances: bhūḥ, bhuvaḥ, svaḥ.
Explanation
Abhyatapat evokes both heat and concentrated contemplation. Saṃprāsrvanta is a grammatically defective form retained from the selected source; its intended sense is “flowed forth,” but the difficulty is not concealed in the word layer.
Context
After describing three supports of religious life, the text concentrates the worlds, Vedic learning and sacred utterances into OM.
