तद्य एवैतं ब्रह्मलोकं ब्रह्मचर्येणानुविन्दन्ति तेषामेवैष ब्रह्मलोकस्तेषाꣳ सर्वेषु लोकेषु कामचारो भवति ॥ ३ ॥

तत् ये एव एतम् ब्रह्मलोकम् ब्रह्मचर्येण अनुविन्दन्ति, तेषाम् एव एषः ब्रह्मलोकः [अस्ति]; तेषाम् सर्वेषु लोकेषु कामचारः भवति ।
हिन्दी अर्थ
जो ब्रह्मचर्य के द्वारा इस ब्रह्मलोक को पाते हैं, उन्हीं का यह ब्रह्मलोक है। उन्हें सभी लोकों में इच्छानुसार विचरण की स्वतंत्रता होती है।
English meaning
This world of Brahman belongs to those who discover it through brahmacarya. They have freedom to move at will in all worlds.
व्याख्या
ब्रह्मचर्य में अध्ययन, संयम और ब्रह्म की ओर उन्मुख जीवन के अर्थ मिलते हैं; इस प्रसंग में यौन-संयम भी पारम्परिक व्याख्या का भाग है। इसे केवल किसी आधुनिक शिक्षा-पाठ्यक्रम का नाम नहीं माना गया।
Explanation
Brahmacarya encompasses disciplined study, restraint, and a life directed toward Brahman; sexual continence is also part of traditional interpretation here. It is not reduced to the name of a modern course of study.
