English meaning
Of this Vaiśvānara self, the head is Sutejas, the eye Viśvarūpa, the vital breath Pṛthagvartman, the central body or trunk Bahula, and the bladder Rayi. Earth itself is its two feet. Its chest is the altar, its hairs the strewn sacrificial grass, its heart the Gārhapatya fire, its mind the Anvāhāryapacana fire, and its mouth the Āhavanīya fire.
Explanation
The six earlier objects become head, eye, breath, trunk, bladder and feet. Five further correspondences concern chest, hair, heart, mind and mouth. Anvāhāryapacana is the southern sacrificial fire; the three named fires are not collapsed into a generic inner fire.
Context
Cosmic limbs and sacrificial equipment are brought together in the body of the complete Vaiśvānara.
