English meaning
One who contemplates hope as brahman has all desires fulfilled through hope, and that person’s aspirations are not fruitless. One then has freedom to move as desired wherever hope extends. This applies to one who contemplates hope as brahman. Nārada asked, “Sir, is there anything greater than hope?” The answer was, “Indeed, there is something greater than hope.” Nārada said, “Sir, please tell me of it.”
