English meaning
One who knows these Śakvarī chants as woven through the worlds gains a share in the worlds. He reaches his full span of life, lives long, and becomes great through offspring and livestock, and great in renown. He should not revile the worlds; this is his observance.
Explanation
Lokī conveys attainment or possession of worlds. Rendering it merely as “a worldly person” would not fit this context.
Context
The Śakvarī chants are contemplated through a set of cosmic correspondences extending from earth to ocean.
