सर्वधर्मान्परित्यज्य मामेकं शरणं व्रज । अहं त्वां सर्वपापेभ्यो मोक्षयिष्यामि मा शुचः ॥१८-६६॥

अन्वय
सर्वधर्मान् परित्यज्य एकम् माम् शरणम् व्रज । अहम् त्वाम् सर्वपापेभ्यः मोक्षयिष्यामि; मा शुचः ।
हिन्दी अर्थ
सभी धर्मों को छोड़कर केवल मेरी शरण आओ। मैं तुम्हें सभी पापों से मुक्त करूँगा; शोक मत करो।
English meaning
Leaving all dharmas behind, come to me alone for refuge. I shall release you from all wrongdoing and its burden; do not grieve.
प्रसंग
यह समापन उपदेश शरणागति और मुक्ति के आश्वासन को अपने चरम पर रखता है।
सरल व्याख्या
समर्पण का आश्वासन मा शुचः, अर्थात् शोक मत करो, पर समाप्त होता है। अन्य आश्रयों की पकड़ छोड़ने और दिव्य आश्रय लेने को एक साथ रखा गया है।
