न तदस्ति पृथिव्यां वा दिवि देवेषु वा पुनः । सत्त्वं प्रकृतिजैर्मुक्तं यदेभिः स्यात्त्रिभिर्गुणैः ॥१८-४०॥

अन्वय
पृथिव्याम् वा दिवि देवेषु वा पुनः तत् सत्त्वम् न अस्ति, यत् एभिः त्रिभिः प्रकृतिजैः गुणैः मुक्तम् स्यात् ।
हिन्दी अर्थ
पृथ्वी पर या स्वर्ग में देवताओं के बीच भी ऐसा कोई सत्त्व नहीं है जो प्रकृति से उत्पन्न इन तीन गुणों से मुक्त हो।
English meaning
There is no being on earth, or even among the gods in heaven, that is free from these three gunas born of nature.
