English meaning
Kunti’s son, contacts of the senses with their objects bring cold and heat, pleasure and pain. They come and go and do not last; endure them with patience.
Context
Krishna turns to the changing experiences produced by the senses.
Simple explanation
Recognising that experiences change supports patience; it is not an instruction to ignore suffering.
