तदेते श्लोका भवन्ति स्वप्नेन शारीरमभिप्रहत्यासुप्तः सुप्तानभिचाकशीति । शुक्रमादाय पुनरैति स्थानं हिरण्मयःपुरुष एकहंसः ॥ ११ ॥

English meaning
On this there are these verses: Subduing the body through sleep, itself unsleeping it looks upon the sleeping powers. Taking their luminous essence, it returns to its station: the golden person, the solitary swan.
व्याख्या
हंस देह के स्थिर रहने पर भी अनुभव में विचरण करने वाले पुरुष का रूपक है। शुक्रम् यहाँ दीप्त सार है; इसे प्रसंगविरुद्ध वीर्य कहना उपयुक्त नहीं।
Explanation
The swan images the person ranging in experience while the body rests. Shukra here is luminous essence, not semen in this context.
