यस्यानुवित्तः प्रतिबुद्ध आत्मास्मिन् संदेह्ये गहने प्रविष्टः । स विश्वकृत्स हि सर्वस्य कर्ता तस्य लोकः स उ लोक एव ॥ १३ ॥

English meaning
One who has discovered and awakened to the Self that has entered this dense bodily complex is the maker of the whole, for that Self is the maker of everything. The world belongs to that one; that one is indeed the world.
व्याख्या
सन्देह्य यहाँ देह के संगठित समूह से सम्बन्धित पढ़ा गया है, सामान्य संशय मात्र नहीं। विश्वकर्ता का कथन व्यक्तिगत अहंकार को सर्वशक्तिमान बताने के बजाय ज्ञाता और आत्मा की पहचान के प्रसंग में है।
Explanation
Sandehya is read in relation to the assembled bodily complex, not merely ordinary doubt. “Maker of the whole” concerns identification with the Self, not personal ego acquiring unlimited power.
