तस्यै वाचः पृथिवी शरीरम् । ज्योतीरूपमयमग्निः । तद्यावत्येव वाक्तावती पृथिवी तावानयमग्निः ॥ ११ ॥

हिन्दी अर्थ
उस वाणी का शरीर पृथिवी है और ज्योतिरूप यह अग्नि। जितनी व्यापक वाणी है, उतनी ही पृथिवी और उतनी ही यह अग्नि है।
English meaning
Earth is the body of that speech, and this fire its luminous form. As extensive as speech is, so extensive are earth and this fire.
व्याख्या
शरीर और ज्योतिरूप आधार तथा प्रकट करने वाली शक्ति के दो पक्ष हैं। “जितनी व्यापक” समान विस्तार का उपासनात्मक कथन है, मापी जा सकने वाली दूरी नहीं।
Explanation
Body and luminous form distinguish a support from its revealing power. Equal extent is a contemplative claim of correspondence, not a measurable distance.
