जातिदेशकालसमयानवच्छिन्नाः सार्वभौमा महाव्रतं ।। २.३१ ।।

अन्वय
[ते यमाः] जातिदेशकालसमयानवच्छिन्नाः सार्वभौमाः महाव्रतम् [सन्ति] ।

जाति, देश, काल और परिस्थिति से असंकीर्ण होकर ये सार्वभौम महाव्रत हैं।
English meaning
Not limited by kind of birth, place, time or circumstance, these constitute the universal great vow.
