न बुद्धिभेदं जनयेदज्ञानां कर्मसङ्गिनाम् । जोषयेत्सर्वकर्माणि विद्वान्युक्तः समाचरन् ॥३-२६॥

युक्तः विद्वान् समाचरन् कर्मसङ्गिनाम् अज्ञानाम् बुद्धिभेदम् न जनयेत्; सर्वकर्माणि जोषयेत् ।
हिन्दी अर्थ
ज्ञानी को कर्म में आसक्त अज्ञानी लोगों की बुद्धि में विभ्रम नहीं डालना चाहिए। स्वयं योगयुक्त होकर सही कर्म करते हुए उन्हें भी सब कर्मों में लगाना चाहिए।
English meaning
The wise should not unsettle the understanding of people attached to work. Acting in a disciplined way themselves, they should encourage those people to engage in their proper work.
