तस्मादसक्तः सततं कार्यं कर्म समाचर । असक्तो ह्याचरन्कर्म परमाप्नोति पूरुषः ॥३-१९॥

अन्वय
तस्मात् असक्तः सततम् कार्यम् कर्म समाचर । हि असक्तः कर्म आचरन् पूरुषः परम् आप्नोति ।

इसलिए आसक्ति छोड़कर सदा अपना करणीय कर्म भली तरह करो। अनासक्त होकर कर्म करने से मनुष्य परम को प्राप्त होता है।
English meaning
Therefore, always carry out the work that ought to be done, without attachment. By acting without attachment, a person reaches the highest.
