ततः क्लेशकर्मनिवृत्तिः ।। ४.३० ।।

ततः क्लेशकर्मनिवृत्तिः [भवति] ।

उससे क्लेश और कर्म की निवृत्ति होती है।
English meaning
From that comes the cessation of afflictions and karma.
प्रसंग
पिछली धर्ममेघ समाधि के फल बताने का क्रम शुरू होता है। पहले क्लेश और कर्म की निवृत्ति कही गई है।
सरल व्याख्या
कर्म को यहाँ बंधन और उसके कारणों के प्रसंग में पढ़ना है। कथन को सभी शारीरिक गतिविधियों के तत्काल रुक जाने का अर्थ देना आवश्यक नहीं।
Context
The consequences of the preceding dharmamegha samadhi begin to be described. Cessation of afflictions and karma comes first.
Simple explanation
Karma should be read within the account of bondage and its causes. The statement need not mean that every bodily activity immediately stops.
