Sutra 4.15
वस्तुसाम्ये चित्तभेदात्तयोर्विभक्तः पन्थाः ।। ४.१५ ।।

अन्वय
वस्तुसाम्ये चित्तभेदात् तयोः [वस्तुचित्तयोः] पन्थाः विभक्तः [अस्ति] ।
हिन्दी अर्थ
वस्तु समान होने पर भी चित्तों के भेद से अनुभव भिन्न होते हैं; इसलिए वस्तु और चित्त का मार्ग अलग है।
English meaning
Although the object is the same, minds differ; the courses of object and mind are therefore distinct.
प्रसंग
अब वस्तु की वास्तविकता और उसके मानसिक ग्रहण के बीच भेद आता है। अगले सूत्र में एक चित्त पर वस्तु के निर्भर होने का निषेध है।
सरल व्याख्या
एक ही वस्तु को अलग चित्त अलग तरह ग्रहण कर सकते हैं। ग्रहण का अंतर वस्तु और ग्रहण करने वाले चित्त को बिल्कुल एक मानने से रोकता है।
Context
The reality of an object is distinguished from its mental apprehension. The next sutra denies that an object depends on a single mind.
Simple explanation
Different minds may apprehend the same object differently. That variation prevents simply identifying the object with the mind apprehending it.
