तानहं द्विषतः क्रूरान्संसारेषु नराधमान् । क्षिपाम्यजस्रमशुभानासुरीष्वेव योनिषु ॥१६-१९॥

अन्वय
अहम् तान् द्विषतः क्रूरान् नराधमान् अशुभान् संसारेषु आसुरीषु एव योनिषु अजस्रम् क्षिपामि ।
हिन्दी अर्थ
उन द्वेषी, क्रूर, अशुभ आचरण वाले अधम मनुष्यों को मैं संसार के चक्र में बार-बार आसुरी योनियों में डालता हूँ।
English meaning
Those hateful, cruel people, lowest in their harmful conduct, I cast again and again into demonic births within the cycle of worldly existence.

पिछले श्लोक के द्वेष और क्रूरता की गति अब जन्म-मरण के पारम्परिक दृष्टिकोण में कही जाती है।

तान् का संकेत उसी चित्रित द्वेषपूर्ण वृत्ति की ओर है। अगला श्लोक उसके बार-बार गहराने का परिणाम आगे रखता है।
