एतदालम्बनँ श्रेष्ठमेतदालम्बनं परम् । एतदालम्बनं ज्ञात्वा ब्रह्मलोके महीयते ॥ १७ ॥

हिन्दी अर्थ
यह सर्वोत्तम आलम्बन है, यह परम आलम्बन है। इस आलम्बन को जानकर मनुष्य ब्रह्मलोक में महिमा पाता है।
English meaning
This is the finest support, the highest support. Knowing this support, one is exalted in the realm of Brahman.
व्याख्या
आलम्बन साधक को ध्यान के लिए उपलब्ध आधार है, परम तत्त्व की सीमा नहीं। ब्रह्मलोक को ब्रह्मा के उच्च लोक या ब्रह्म की अवस्था के अर्थ में पढ़ने की व्याख्यागत सम्भावना खुली रखनी चाहिए।
Explanation
A support is an accessible basis for contemplation, not a boundary imposed on the ultimate. Brahmaloka can be interpreted through Brahma’s exalted world or the state of Brahman; these should not be silently collapsed.
