सूक्ष्मातिसूक्ष्मं कलिलस्य मध्ये विश्वस्य स्रष्टारमनेकरूपम् । विश्वस्यैकं परिवेष्टितारं ज्ञात्वा शिवं शान्तिमत्यन्तमेति ॥ १४ ॥

इस उलझे हुए विश्व के भीतर अत्यन्त सूक्ष्म, अनेक रूपों वाला विश्व-स्रष्टा, सबको एकमात्र व्याप्त करने वाला शिव है। उसे जानकर पूर्ण शान्ति प्राप्त होती है।
English meaning
Within the tangled world is the exceedingly subtle creator, appearing in many forms, the one who encompasses the universe. Knowing that auspicious one, one attains complete peace.
व्याख्या
कलिल अव्यवस्था, उलझन या घनी मिली-जुली अवस्था का संकेत देता है। सूक्ष्म सत्ता जगत् के बाहर कहीं भागकर नहीं, इसी जटिलता के भीतर पहचानी जाती है।
Explanation
Kalila evokes entanglement or a densely mixed condition. The subtle reality is to be recognized within that complexity, not merely by imagining an escape to a location outside the world.
