सर्वाननशिरोग्रीवः सर्वभूतगुहाशयः । सर्वव्यापी स भगवांस्तस्मात्सर्वगतः शिवः ॥ ११ ॥

सः भगवान् सर्वाननशिरोग्रीवः सर्वभूतगुहाशयः सर्वव्यापी [अस्ति] । तस्मात् [सः] सर्वगतः शिवः [अस्ति] ।
हिन्दी अर्थ
जिसके सभी मुख, सिर और ग्रीवाएँ हैं, जो सभी प्राणियों की हृदय-गुहा में रहता है, वह भगवान् सर्वव्यापी है; इसलिए वह शिव सबमें विद्यमान है।
English meaning
Possessing every face, head and neck, dwelling in the inner cave of every being, that blessed Lord pervades all; thus the auspicious one, Śiva, is present everywhere.
व्याख्या
विश्व के अंग उसके अंग कहना और हृदय-गुहा में रहना दो पूरक दृष्टियाँ हैं: व्यापकता और निकटता। शिव में कल्याणकारी विशेषण तथा देव-नाम दोनों की सम्भावना बनी रहती है।
Explanation
Cosmic limbs and the heart’s cave offer complementary perspectives: universality and intimacy. Śiva carries both the sense “auspicious” and its role as a divine name.
