यदा सर्वे प्रभिद्यन्ते हृदयस्येह ग्रन्थयः । अथ मर्त्योऽमृतो भवत्येतावद्ध्यनुशासनम् ॥ १५ ॥

हिन्दी अर्थ
जब यहीं हृदय की सभी गाँठें टूट जाती हैं, तब मरणशील अमृत होता है। यही सम्पूर्ण अनुशासन का सार है।
English meaning
When all the knots of the heart are broken here, the mortal becomes immortal. This is the whole purport of the instruction.
व्याख्या
ग्रन्थियाँ अज्ञान और आत्मसम्बन्धी जकड़न का रूपक हैं, हृदय की शारीरिक रुकावटें नहीं। मन्त्र उपदेश की पराकाष्ठा घोषित करता है, फिर भी अगली पंक्तियाँ मार्ग और कथा का उपसंहार जोड़ती हैं।
Explanation
The knots symbolize ignorance and binding self-identifications, not physical obstructions in the heart. The verse states the culmination of the instruction, before the final account of passage and narrative closure.
