स पर्यगाच्छुक्रमकायमव्रणमस्नाविरँ शुद्धमपापविद्धम् । कविर्मनीषी परिभूः स्वयम्भूर्याथातथ्यतोऽर्थान् व्यदधाच्छाश्वतीभ्यः समाभ्यः ॥ ८ ॥

वह सर्वव्यापी, प्रकाशमान, शरीररहित, घावरहित, स्नायुरहित, निर्मल और पाप से अछूता है। वह द्रष्टा, मनीषी, सबसे परे और स्वयं स्थित है; उसने वस्तुओं को उनके यथार्थ स्वरूप के अनुसार सदा के लिए व्यवस्थित किया है।
English meaning
It pervades all: luminous, bodiless, unwounded, without sinews, pure and untouched by evil. The seer, thinker, all-transcending and self-existent one has ordered things according to their reality for enduring ages.

वर्णन में शरीर की सीमाओं का निषेध और द्रष्टा की सकारात्मक विशेषताएँ साथ आती हैं। यह सम्पादकीय अर्थ किसी विशेष मत के ईश्वर और आत्मा के सम्बन्ध का अन्तिम निर्णय नहीं करता।
