English meaning
It cannot be seen or grasped; it has neither lineage nor distinguishing colour. Without eyes or ears, hands or feet, it is eternal, pervasive, present everywhere, exceedingly subtle and undiminishing. The discerning perceive it as the source of all beings.
Explanation
The negations do not describe an unusual physical body; they remove categories proper to limited objects. The passage is not merely negative, since pervasiveness and the expression source of beings establish a relation to the world.
Context
The Imperishable known by higher knowledge is distinguished from objects available to the senses.
